Information kept on your device
Daily Calories stores food names and calorie values you enter, your daily calorie goals, dates, and random identifiers for individual food entries. These records are stored in the app's private storage on your device.
Collection and sharing
The inspected version of Daily Calories does not send this information to the developer or third parties. It has no internet permission, accounts, advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services. It does not access your location, contacts, camera or health-platform records.
Storage and deletion
Your log remains locally until you change or delete entries, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Clearing storage or uninstalling deletes the log. This version has no export feature, and its configuration excludes Android cloud backup and device transfer.
Protection
The app uses Android private app storage and checks saved files for corruption. It does not provide its own file-encryption feature. Device security and access controls also depend on your device settings.
Support
If you email markusisaguy67@gmail.com, your email address and the information you include are used to respond to your request. Support emails are handled through Google's Gmail service and are deleted after the request is resolved.
Changes
This policy will be reviewed when app behavior changes. The effective date will be updated and material changes explained.
